  1. I never knew meditation had so many benefits especially when it comes to health. Helps you age slower and sleep well? I am all for that! I am not a person who really mediates a lot but it would be a great thing to do now that I have learnt about all the great things that can be accomplished. Thanks for sharing

  3. I am always on the go between work and then computer work in the evening. It seems like my mind is always going in so many directions. Your information is very helpful and I think I need to heed some of the suggestions. It might help me relax so I can get a good night’s sleep. Thanks for the great info.
